The wonderful artist is Yamada Mario (from doujinshi group Studio Canopus), and she has done many fantastic Haruka x Michiru doujinshi which are just beautiful. This image came from the cover of one of them called "Tou no Naka no Himegimi" (The Princess Within the Tower).
